Seminar and training opportunities are available through Ministry By Design that equip your leadership teams with the skills and abilities to enhance ministry levels at your church or ministry. These events can be developed and tailored to the personal needs of your executive or senior leadership team, or other ministry team leaders. Our style of presentation can be considered somewhat facilitative in substance, as we are not lecture-oriented; we believe that the presentation of new ideas and principles should be accompanied by directed facilitation of discussion on how to "practicalize" the information presented. We will help your team(s) take the information presented at the seminar back to the church or ministry team and make it work for the particular situation. By utilizing this process, your team can take ownership of their ministry in ways they did not before the seminar.
