It is extremely important that pastors and other ministry leaders have someone to walk through life with them. For many, the spouse is the right-hand person dedicated for helping the pastor or ministry leader; for others, a close friend or acquaintance in ministry may be the person that helps them walk through life. For most of us who have never been mentored, coached, or encouraged in their ministry calling, the importance of not feeling as though we are alone in the pursuit of God's calling on our lives is something we desire, but may not know how to acquire. Outstanding leaders are rarely found that have not had someone that helped coach and mentor them to a point at which they may be best utilized for their God-given abilities, skills, and calling.

Our coaching and mentoring services at Ministry By Design can be tailored to the specific needs of the client, including the number of visits together, subject matters discussed, and expenses. The coaching and mentoring experience may be one-on-one, or it may be through a small group or team. We can help you or your teams achieve their goals through helping them define what their goals are and then developing a mutually-agreed-upon plan to implement those goals.
