It is extremely important that pastors and other ministry leaders have someone to walk through life with them. For many, the spouse is the right-hand person dedicated to helping the pastor or ministry leader; for others, a close friend or acquaintance in ministry may be the person who helps them walk through life. For most of us who have never been mentored, coached, or encouraged in their ministry calling, the importance of not feeling as though we are alone in the pursuit of God's calling on our lives is something we desire, but may not know how to acquire. Outstanding leaders are rarely found who have not had someone who helped coach and mentor them to a point at which they may be best utilized for their God-given abilities, skills, and calling.

Our coaching and mentoring services at Ministry By Design can be tailored to the specific needs of the client, including the number of visits, the subjects discussed, and expenses. The coaching and mentoring experience may be one-on-one or through a small group or team. We can help you or your teams achieve their goals by defining them and developing a mutually agreed-upon plan to implement them.
